The problem
The Lealy team had hired a third party to develop their B2C app in Flutter, but the app was incomplete and the final result did not meet expectations. They were left with half-finished work and needed a solution to be able to launch to market. They needed to rebuild the app and complete the pending tasks to obtain a functional MVP with which they could launch.
The solution
We proposed rebuilding the app from a solid foundation and completing all the half-finished functionalities to obtain an MVP ready for publishing. We continued working with Flutter to maintain compatibility with iOS and Android. From there, we established an iterative development process, adding new functionalities in each sprint and continuously improving the user experience.
The result
We managed to publish a functional MVP that allowed Lealy to start operating in the market. Through new iterations, we finally obtained a more complete and higher quality product that meets the expectations of the team and its users.
