The problem
Cafler's product and design team had defined a B2C app, but its technical team did not have any profile specialized in app development, since it was a 100% web team. Until then, they had worked exclusively on the web application. His Backend team had focused on serving the web Frontend but now a new application was added to take into account.
It is at that moment that they consider whether to increase their team with profiles of app developers or whether to outsource this part. They also needed to publish the app in 2 months.
Solution
Given the type of project and the urgency of delivery, we proposed to make the app with Flutter to reduce development time. As we had previously seen ourselves in similar situations, we proposed to make an MVP that would allow us to start working quickly with a clear objective and publish a first version by the desired date.
We coordinate with their design and development teams to achieve the goal of this first version, contributing our knowledge and experience in app development.
