
The challenge
Shad needed to create an ecommerce from scratch for their new Shad Bikes brand, but they faced several challenges:
- Tight timing: They needed to have an online presence before a trade fair in Frankfurt and launch the complete ecommerce in just a few months
- No specialized digital team: Despite having an internal technical team focused on SAP, they had no expertise in ecommerce or app development
- Complex integrations: They needed to integrate with their SAP Business One ERP, logistics operator (Amphora) and payment system
- Multi-market management: From the start, they wanted to operate in several European markets (Spain, Germany, Italy) with multiple languages
- Complex catalog: They had to manage individual products with stock synchronized with SAP and the logistics operator
Solution
We proposed a 3-phase development to minimize time-to-market:
Phase 1: Initial Landing
- One-page landing to present the brand at the Frankfurt trade fair
- Design adapted to Shad Bikes' new branding
- Implementation in less than 3 weeks
Phase 2: Corporate Website
- Expansion to a complete website with product line presentation

- Amphora: Automatic shipping management and order status updates

SEO and positioning:

- Implementation of rich snippets to improve visibility in search engines
- On-page SEO for all pages

Multi-market management:
- Configuration of main markets (ES, FR, IT, DE)
