✓ Mobile first
✓ Multilingual
✓ A CMS to run seasons and campaigns

FAQs.

It depends mostly on the integrations. As a guide, excluding VAT:

  • Website with a CMS: €5,000 to €15,000
  • App or platform with integrated bookings: from €15,000

Before quoting, we go through the systems you use and what each one has to do, and send you a detailed proposal.

The ones your business already uses, as long as they have an API:

  • PMS and booking engines (we have integrated Visbook, for example)
  • Channel managers
  • Ticketing platforms
  • Payment gateways: Stripe, Redsys
  • CRM, email marketing and analytics

  • Website: 2 to 3 months
  • App: 3 to 4 months
  • Website and app together: 4 to 6 months

With the design signed off it can be faster: Alma Hotels' app went live in two months, in time for the Christmas campaign.

Almost every booking comes in through the website, so that comes first. An app pays off when customers come back or use it during their stay: at Alma Hotels, guests book a table at the hotel's restaurants from their phone.

Yes. We start with a technical review to see what state it is in, then stabilise it and maintain it, without rebuilding it unless it needs to be. We explain how in Maintenance and evolution.

With a maintenance plan, every incident has a maximum response time based on its severity, in business hours. Outside those hours, we deal with total outages as soon as we can. Before each high season we review performance and bring everything up to date.

Yes. Hemmingodden, accommodation and experiences in the Lofoten Islands, is in Norway, and ByHours operates in several countries. We deliver websites and apps in the languages you need and work remotely, meeting in person when the project calls for it.
