Systems integration and automation
We connect your ERP, your CRM, your e-commerce and the services you use, so information flows on its own and processes run end to end, with no data copied by hand.
When your systems
don't talk to each other.
Orders copied into the ERP by hand, stock that doesn't match between the shop and the warehouse, spreadsheets acting as the bridge between tools. Every manual step costs time and lets errors in. We fix it by connecting what you already have, without making you replace it.
What we do
Integrations that work in production and keep working when something changes.

✓ Continuous monitoring with our maintenance service
Integration projects.
ERPs, content platforms and online stores connected end to end.
Liquid came at a critical moment for our B2B project. The vendor we had started with suddenly shut down, leaving us with a half-finished development. Their team knew Laravel inside out, understood the architecture from day one, and not only completed the project but improved it in speed, quality, and stability. The direct communication, efficiency, and team commitment have made Liquid a technology partner we fully trust. To this day, they remain our main partner.

Estimating a maintenance or implementation job used to mean hours wrestling with a spreadsheet that only about four people really understood. Liquid sat down to understand how we put each estimate together and moved it into an app with our own task library built in. An estimate now takes us minutes, with far fewer mistakes along the way.

Frequently asked questions.
No. We start from what you already have and connect it. We only suggest replacing a tool when there is no reasonable way to integrate it, and we show you the data before you decide.
Every sync is logged and temporary errors are retried automatically. If something doesn't resolve itself, an alert goes off and we look at it before it affects orders or customers. With our maintenance service we watch it continuously.
It happens often: payment gateways, marketplaces and logistics operators update their APIs regularly. For the integrations we maintain, we plan those changes and adapt the integration before the provider retires the old version.
Yes, that is the usual setup. On Shad Bikes we worked with the client's SAP team, and on Moner with the team behind Teinor, the ERP of its shop. We build the integration and coordinate with whoever knows the other system.
It depends on the systems and on how many processes need connecting. We start by understanding the current flow and the systems involved, and from there we give you a phased quote. If the starting point is unclear, a technical audit clears it up in two weeks.
In specific tasks that a person does today by going through documents or data: classifying, extracting information, drafting replies. We use it where it helps, and always on top of a solid integration. More on our artificial intelligence page.
