The problem
The existing app for tracking a truck fleet had become obsolete and was no longer working reliably. Without an operational tool, Darttics was unable to log or optimise its vehicle routes, which had a direct impact on the operational efficiency of the service.
The solution
We developed a new custom mobile app using Flutter, designed from the outset as a white-label solution to be used with other fleets. The app captures the truck's position even when running in the background, integrates with the Darttics API to send data in real time, and records complete routes for subsequent analysis and optimisation. Simple product, fast development, concrete solution.
The result
Darttics now has its own stable and scalable tool for truck fleet tracking. Routes are recorded and available for analysis, opening the door to real operational optimisations. And since it is a white-label solution, it can easily be deployed for different clients or companies without any additional development.
